Kannan v. The District Collector

O R D E R Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition-mentioned representation.

¶3No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The third respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.

¶5This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
