Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants survey to be conducted. But he is not having patta. After the petitioner obtains patta in his favour, he can approach the authorities to conduct survey.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
