O R D E R The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor of an Aided College seeking a mandamus for disbursement of the subsistence allowance from the date of suspension, viz., 31.07.2023.

¶2As per the Private College Regulation Act, for the period of four months, the statutory authorities have to disburse the subsistence allowance.

¶3Therefore, the first respondent herein is directed to disburse the subsistence allowance of the writ petitioner for the period between August 2023 to November 2023 to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, from the month of December 2023 onwards, the Management has to pay the subsistence allowance subject to the condition that the petitioner co-operates for the enquiry in the Internal Compliance Committee.

¶4With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
