ORDER The present writ petitioner has been filed by an aspirant to Government employment on compassionate grounds challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent herein.
¶2A perusal of the impugned order indicates that without assigning any specific reasons whatsoever, the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected. The order being a non-speaking order, this Court is inclined to set aside the same.
¶3In view of the above said facts, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the file of the 2nd respondent herein to pass a detailed order, assigning reasons for the rejection of the request of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
¶4With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
