Judgment
O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.] The tender notification issued by the respondent-Corporation is under challenge in this writ petition.
¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation, on instructions, submitted that as per the impugned tender notification, the tender process was already over on 27.12.2023 itself and therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
¶3In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
