ORDER Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 7 as the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant as appellants 3 to 7 in the present Second Appeal.

2.The application has been filed in time and there is no delay. Also, there is no serious objection from the respondent.

3.Independently, I have gone through the affidavit and satisfied that the abatement has to be set aside to enable the appellants to prosecute the Second Appeal.
