O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to recover the amount from the fourth respondent, in the light of the order passed in W.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent herein, dated 22.09.2022, under the Revenue Recovery Act, 1890 and to disburse the same to the claimants at the earliest.

¶2With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though an award dated 22.09.2022 was passed by the third respondent in W.C.
