JUDGMENT When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.04.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported 'no instructions' and submitted that has already filed a Memo dated 20.02.2023 to that effect. Therefore, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the counsel on record for the appellants.

¶2Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, though the names of the appellants are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their side. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
