Ms. Jyotsana, learned counsel appeared for the appellant and Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel appeared for the respondents.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that during the pendency of the present appeal, the respondent No. 7 in RSA No. 2 of 2019 has expired. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks two weeks' time for taking necessary steps for bringing on record the LRs of the said deceased respondent No. 7.

Prayer is allowed.

List these cases again on 06-03-2025.

Earlier interim order shall continue till the next date.

Heard Ms. Jyotsana, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The present application had been filed for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 8 in RSA No. 2 of 2019 namely, Chandrasekhar Sharma, who expired on 02-09-2023. The following are the LRs of the said deceased respondent No. 8:-

(i) Smt. Hidangmayum (O) Siromani Devi, aged about 78 years, W/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code - 795001.

(ii) Smt. Hidangmayum Nivedita Devi, aged about 50 years, D/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.

(iii) Smt. Hidangmayum Nandita Devi, aged about 45 years, D/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.

(iv) Smt. Hidangmayum Dwijaraj Sharma, aged about 40 years, S/o Late H. Chandrasekhar Sharma of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, P.O. & P.S. Impahl, Imphal West District, Manipur, Pin Code – 795001.

On perusal of the record and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this court found sufficient ground for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the present application is hereby allowed.

Applicant is to take steps for incorporating the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 8 as respondents No. 8(i), 8(ii), 8(iii) and 8(iv) in the cause title of the connected second appeal.

With the aforesaid direction, the present appeal is disposed of.
