The applicant has filed the present applications for amendment of MC(WP(C) No. 475 of 2024 and WP(C) No. 922 of 2023 under Order VI Rule 17 CPC read with Section 151. [3]
Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel for the private respondent and Mrs. RK. Emily, learned Dy. G.A. assisting Mr. S. Nepolean, learned G.A. for the State respondent, have no objection. [4]
On perusal of the application, it is seen that the proposed amendment will not change the nature of the case except for adding some extra facts. [5]
Considering this, the application is allowed. [6]
Petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties on or before the next date.
