Heard Mr. S. Sachindra, learned counsel appearing for the applicant; Mr. K. Modhusudon, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1, Mr. A. Jagjit, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2 and 3, Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4, Ms. Bidyarani, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 and Mr. L. Sanjoy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 6 and 7.

The present application had been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to joint as respondents in the connected WP(C) No. 826 of 2023.

All the counsel representing the opposite parties submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

After hearing the submission advanced by the counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record of these cases, this court is of the considered view that there is sufficient ground for allowing the present application.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed.

Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the applicant as respondent No. 7 in the connected writ petition.
