[3] It is the case of the petitioner that on 19.07.2022, the Manipur Cycling Association sent a letter to the Secretary General Cycling Federation of India, New Delhi-78 seeking for affiliation of Manipur Cycling Association to the Cycling Federation of India. iv). Pass any other appropriate writ/order/direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper. AND

And/or pass any other appropriate interim relief that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper." [4] Mr. Stevenson, learned counsel for the petitioner argued the case that the respondent No.2 may give direction to give affiliation as well as permission to the Manipur Cycling Association to participate in the game which is to be scheduled from 28.03.2023 to 30.03.2023. Since the affiliation application dated 19.07.2022 is still pending without considering the application by the respondent No.2. This Court may issue directions to the respondent No.2 to give permission to petitioner's association, Manipur Cycling Association to enable them to participate in the game which is scheduled from 28.03.2023 to

30.03.2023. [5] Mr. P.
