Present Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. N.Savitri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. O. Chittaranjan, learned counsel for the respondents/applicants. [2]

MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 23 of 2023 has been filed by New Ideal Club and two others praying for closing of the pending cases before this Court as well as before the Civil Court. [3]

Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. N. Savitri, learned counsel for the petitioners, also agreeable to the prayer made in MC(CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 23 of 2023. [4]

The Task Force Committee made a final recommendation dated 13.02.2023 for settlement of the dispute between the parties by closing all the pending cases before this Court as well as before the Civil Court and after that, the parties have entered into an agreement dated

16.02.2023. [5]

In terms of the recommendation of the Task Force Committee, the parties have entered into an agreement dated 16.02.2023 for withdrawal of the cases mentioned in the agreement which reads as follows: "As per advice of Ex CM/MLA, a joint meeting was held today,

16.02.2023, Thursday, at 5 PM among the members of Task Force Committee (TFC), AKNIC, 8 (Eight) shop keepers, with Shri Ahongshangbam Varjit Singh, President, Task Force Committee at the presidium Chair. This special meeting was convened to settle/withdraw unanimously the cases pending in the High Court, Junior Division Court. Agenda: To discuss about the withdrawal of the cases pending in the High Court, Junior Division Court. Resolution: Today's meeting attended by the members of TFC, AKNIC, 8 (Eight) shop keepers, minutely discussed and resolved to dispose of the cases by way of withdrawal from the Courts. Cases Nos. to be withdraw:

(i) Misc.Case No. 140 of 2021

(ii) Misc.Case No. 144 of 2022

(iii) Misc.Case No. 145 of 2022

In terms of the recommendation dated 13.02.2023 and agreement between the parties dated 16.02.2023, these petitions and applications are disposed of with the direction to the parties to approach the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Thoubal for filing appropriate applications in terms of the joint recommendations of the Task Force Committee. Furnish a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the parties.
