[4]

When the matter is taken up today, I have heard the argument of Mr. Khalter Khampa, the learned counsel for the petitioner. [5]

Mr. S. Kaminikumar, learned CGSC represented that though he has given instructions to the respondents but no one turned up. Therefore, he prayed this Court that the Court may pass appropriate orders. [6]

The writ petition is filed only for a simple direction from this Court to the respondents to pass appropriate speaking orders on the petitioner's representations dated 20.03.2023 and 23.03.2023 within the stipulated period of time provided some breathing time may be given to the respondents to pass appropriate speaking orders. [7]

After hearing the arguments advanced by both the parties, I am inclined to pass the following orders :

a) the writ petition is disposed of. b) the respondents are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 20.03.2023 and 23.03.2023 and pass appropriate speaking orders. P a g e | 5

c) the said exercise shall be done within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. d) With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
