¶1By this common order, above mentioned writ petitions are being disposed of as all the writ petitions involve the same question of law CWP-20149-2016 & connected cases -28-2024:PHHC:040183 on similar facts.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question of law raised in the present petitions is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP-2158-2020 titled as, Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 along with other connected cases and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions.

¶3Learned State counsel does not dispute that the question of law raised in the present petitions has already been answered by this Court while passing order in CWP-2158-2020 titled as, Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.03.2024 along with other connected cases.

¶4Keeping in view the above, present petitions are also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP-2158-2020 titled as, Ashish Sharma and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on

13.03.2024 along with other connected.

¶5Civil Miscellaneous application pending, if any is also disposed of.
