This present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent-contemnors for non-compliance with the direction of this Court dated 25.09.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.537 of 2025. [3]

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties that the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 537 of 2025 has been complied with. Accordingly, nothing survives there for adjudication. [4]

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is closed. The personal appearance of respondent-contemnor(s) is/ are hereby dispensed with. [5]

As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
