Army Act, 1950 · Chapter X: Courts-Martial
Section 108: Kinds of courts-martial
For the purposes of this Act there shall be four kinds of courtsmartial, that is to say,—
(a) general courts-martial;
(b) district courts-martial;
(c) summary general courts-martial; and
(d) summary courts-martial.
