¶1These Applications have been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking permission to withdraw the respective Petitions This is a digitally signed order. filed under Section 47 and 57 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

¶2The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of these Petitions, the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1, after extensive deliberations, have amicably resolved all disputes and differences pertaining to the subject matter of the present proceedings and the Opposition proceedings pending before Respondent No. 2 as stated in these Petitions.

¶3In view of the above Settlement arrived at between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1, the Petitioner does not wish to pursue these Petitions and accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the same.

¶4The learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 agrees with the averments made in the present Applications.

¶5In view of the above statement made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as considering the averments made in these Applications, the present Applications are allowed and the Petitions being, C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 15/2025, C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 16/2025, C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 17/2025 and C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 18/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn.

¶6All the pending Applications stand disposed of.
