¶2These are a batch of arbitration petitions filed by the Petitioners under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, 'the Act') seeking appointment of a sole arbitrator.

¶3These batch of petitions arise out of a Joint Venture Agreement (hereinafter, 'the Agreement'). By the said Agreement, the Respondent No.1 - Axis E-Corp Solutions Pvt.
