¶1It is 04:05 pm. Now, by way of second supplementary list this interim bail application has been received after mentioning was allowed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice.

¶2It appears that the accused/applicant is facing trial under NDPS Act as he was found in possession of commercial quantity of contraband. That being so, rigours of Section 37 NDPS Act have to be kept in mind. It also appears that earlier, by way of order dated 18.04.2026 the trial court allowed interim bail for a period of eight weeks on medical grounds of the accused/applicant. That interim bail was extended by the trial court for a further period of four weeks by order dated 20.07.2026. The third interim bail application was dismissed by the trial court yesterday itself by way of detailed order. This is a digitally signed order. 3. The interim bail was granted to the accused/applicant by the learned trial court on 18.04.2026 keeping in mind his submission that he wants to undergo an angiography. But it appears that till date, no such angiography has been carried out as learned counsel is unable to show any such document. It appears to be a case of the accused/applicant trying to evergreen the interim liberty.

¶4At this stage, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail application, assuring that the accused/applicant shall surrender today itself.

¶5Accordingly, the interim bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
